Evergreen Sport’s and Gait Lab brings Seattle Children’s Hospital to a new location at Evergreen Health Plaza in Kirkland.
This 2+ year project is a gut renovation of the existing clinic, currently occupied by another tenant, for the Orthotics team. The new clinic will house imaging, orthotics production, and a gait and motion analysis lab, as well as standard exam rooms. Spectrum provided early planning with a feasibility study, programming and budgeting for various design scenarios, reporting to SCH leadership for lease negotiations. During early design, Spectrum collaborated with the orthotics user group and design team to develop a programming layout that would meet the new operational needs, while working within the constraints of the new space. The new Evergreen Sports and Gait Lab will be the first for SCH, filling a gap in services offered by Seattle Children’s.
