Anthem on 12th is the first private development of the Yesler Terrace redevelopment, one of the most ambitious neighborhood revitalizations in Seattle’s history.
The half-acre site, located on 12th Avenue and East Yesler Way, was purchased from the Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) in the fall of 2012. The six-story transit-oriented housing project consists of 120 apartments with 30% of the units committed to households earning 65%-85% of AMI. The apartment mix is comprised of studio, one, and two bedroom apartments.
