Decibel is a vibrant apartment community located within walking distance of Seattle University, Swedish Medical Center and Capitol Hill. At Decibel, 20 percent of the units are affordable with the rents at 65, 75 and 85 percent AMI for studios, one bedroom and two bedrooms respectively. Decibel was 95 percent occupied within three months of completion, with rents 20 percent above projections. Decibel was completed on time and within budget.
