Located on 23rd Ave S, the new Seattle campus will become the permanent home of the French American School of the Puget Sound with an increased capacity for future growth.
The new building will serve as a cultural hub for the community, welcoming grades four through eight.
Spectrum is leading the due diligence, site acquisition, design team selection, entitlement, construction management, financing and owner occupancy.
