Tiny Tots Development Center (TTDC) provides child care services, preschool, and early childhood education in a nurturing environment serving the Rainier Valley and Greater Seattle area.
As development manager for Tiny Tots Development Center’s (TTDC) new preschool located in Seattle’s Othello neighborhood, Spectrum led the project from initial concept through completion. Spectrum’s role included management of the architect, contractors, and vendors to ensure the facility met the high standards of early childhood education TTDC is known for. With capacity for 80 children, the 7,500 square-foot facility exceeded regulatory requirements by providing best practices for child-centered environments, including observation rooms, special auditory playrooms, and an outdoor education classroom. As part of the project, Spectrum also managed the overall budget, which included special requirements from the six different grant and gift funds utilized.
