Dave is a key leader at Spectrum Development Solutions, bringing over 20 years of expertise in design, construction, and project management. He began his career as a landscape architect, but quickly transitioned to construction management, where he has since spearheaded major initiatives for Microsoft, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Northwest Kidney Centers, and others. Throughout his career, Dave has managed complex projects, overseeing all aspects of the design, construction, and delivery processes. Notable examples include Microsoft Café 34, Seattle Children’s Operating Room Renovations, and NKC Burien Campus. His deep knowledge of the development process and collaborative approach have allowed Dave to drive projects to successful completion, on time and within budget, earning him broad respect across the industry and the trust of numerous clients.
