Eric Cho

Development Associate

As a Development Associate, Eric helps move impactful projects forward through collaboration and smart problem-solving. His current work includes contributing to the continued growth of the Seattle Children’s Research Institute campus, a vital hub for innovation and pediatric research.

Before joining Spectrum, Eric built his expertise with a national general contractor, focusing on life sciences lab and office developments, as well as commercial multi-family housing. This experience gave him a strong foundation in managing complex projects and understanding all aspects of construction.

Eric values clear communication and building strong relationships to ensure every project runs smoothly and meets client and community needs. His commitment to teamwork and proactive problem-solving drives success at every stage of the development process.
