As a Development Manager, Jake plays a critical role in overseeing projects and brings a diverse range of expertise to Spectrum Development Solutions. Prior to joining Spectrum, Jake worked for local general contractors, hospitals, and commercial real estate and development firms. Jake began his career in custom single-family home building and later transitioned into commercial construction management, specializing in life science and medical projects. Jake’s past projects include life science laboratory buildouts, drug manufacturing facilities, hospital campus development projects, and class A office and retail spaces.
